I believe in Miracles. Do you?

I couldn't help but notice the Lord's hand in the blessings that He had given to us our son Elijah. I opened up my scriptures and found the hand-written prayer requests that I had placed in my scriptures some time ago. My prayers had been answered in ways that I could never have fathomed. God is amazing, and His grace on surrendered requests always leave me in awe.God cares about our prayers. He answers our prayers in the small things as well as the big things. The only thing required of us is to ask, and to surrender the outcome. After years of doing this little exercise of writing down my prayer requests and putting them in my scriptures, I have gained so much faith. With each small request being answered, my faith for the bigger things in life has grown.

I learned how to do this exercise, through the teachings of Carol Tuttle her book is (Remembering Wholeness). Here is an example from one of her chapters..

"Tell the universe the way you want it to be! Even if you have to stretch it a little bit The universe does not know the difference"

I was especially touched by Chapter 9 entitled "Birth Leaves an Imprint That Starts Life as a Struggle." Returning to our point of entry and recognizing the emotion and pain of becoming a physical being is a place I have explored in the past. I have experienced healing through recall of my physical birth experience. Tuttle explains how the energy patterns of our birth experiences, generational beliefs, and unmet childhood needs influence our adult lives.

Prebirth Sacred

Agreements, Scripting, Creating Abundance, and Life Purposeare just a few of the many subjects covered that are worth exploring. Tuttle continues along the theme of taking steps toward moving stuck energy and taking control of your life. She offers herself as a guide to help readers find their pathway to having happier and more purposeful lives.

"As each of us awakens our Christ-consciousness, we will draw that same energy out of others in all our interactions with them."

This is a must read book. Go to caroltuttle.com or check out her book at the library. To learn what I am talking about.

This evening I was reminding myself that "I do believe in miracles, I do! I do!" I am trusting God to guide my path and open doors for us to adopt. That some how by word of mouth another miracle will take place. I saw an interesting discussion on Facebook Do you believe in miracles -reading all the comments was interesting. It is far to long to share however.....

I have found a few good quotes though that I would like to take to heart:

"Don't believe in miracles - depend on them." - Laurence J. Peter

"How quickly we forget God's great deliverances in our lives. How easily we take for granted the miracles he performed in our past." - David Wilkerson

"I am not embarrassed to tell you that I believe in miracles." - Corazon Aquino

"Miracles are a retelling in small letters of the very same story which is written across the whole world in letters too large for some of us to see." - C. S. Lewis

"We must not sit still and look for miracles; up and doing, and the Lord will be with thee. Prayer and pains, through faith in Christ Jesus, will do anything." - George Eliot

I do believe in miracles. I have seen God work in my life through amazing ways -Elijah was a miracle in it self. How we were able to adopt him was a miracle in it self. We never know what paths the lord is going to take us on. But be rest assured he does have a plan for you.

How have you seen the miracles of God around you?
